
Did you know losing weight can sometimes make you fatter?
This seems totally unreal....how can it be? You lower your caloric intake, start moving more.....and you are losing weight so how can that make you fatter? We have all been trained on guiding our fat loss by weight, but that is a giant myth....you see weight is composed of so much more than just fat, and unless you know what your weight is made of, there is no way of knowing if you are actually losing fat....or sadly gaining it! For example, "A" and "B" were the same height
